Well, Moriarty is planning on doing something big, so its possible that they end up working on that, depending on what it is.If that doesn't work, I'll try and think of something that they could work on together.

Okay, so perhaps Emma is solving a case (just a little one) and runs into Sherlock, and a small-way conversation takes place? And then later, Emma is in trouble and about to get shot or something like that, and either Sherlock helps her or she gets away and runs into him again? Sorry for any randomness. I get random sometimes.

That would be interesting, although I think Sherlock would probably begin to work on her case if it were interesting enough for her to almost get shot later on. In wich case Sherlock would probably end up where Emma was about to get shot before hand. Then he might possibly watch what will happen, before leaping into action and disarming the attacker. Does that seem fine?
