Molly was heading to Sherlock's. She had some news for him that she had been thinking about how to say for a while now. Now that she had the words for it, she went over and over in her head. It was about an experiment, so it should be easy.
Molly turned into Baker street and walked a little firmer. She smiled boldly as she went over her words once more in her head. Suddenly though, Molly walked into someone. She blinked and then felt immediate grief.
"I am so so sorry!" Molly apologized. "Are you alright? I am so clumsy!" Molly felt very ashamed. How could she have not been looking where she was going? Curse her distracted mind.

Karen walked home from the shops, a bag in each hand filled with food she was about to stock her fridge with. Take-outs were great and all, but there's nothing like a home-cooked meal. And this would be the first meal cooked in her new flat so she was stupidly excited. Karen turned the corner and a distracted looking walked into her, but she kept her balance and managed not to drop the bags. She laughed softly as the girl apologised. "I am so so sorry! Are you alright? I am so clumsy!""I'm fine, honestly," Kaz assured her. "I walk into people all the time, so don't worry cos I kinda had this coming. Karma and all that." Kaz joked.

Molly grinned a bit. "Hey, wait, I've seen you before...you're a model, aren't you?" she said, remembering a bit. "Hey, do you need help with those?" Molly said, gesturing to the shopping bags that the lady she had bumped into was carrying. They did look very heavy, for sure.

The woman grinned and Kaz smiled as well. "Hey, wait, I've seen you before...you're a model, aren't you? Hey, do you need help with those?"
Karen nodded and laughed. "Yep, that's me. Good to know my face is getting around a bit. Whoo for my career!" she joked. Karen was touched by the woman's kindness and nodded, smiling. "Yeah, these things are heavy. You're very nice, thank you." she smiled kindly.

"You're welcome. I'm Molly by the way, if I remember correctly you're Karen?" Molly said. She took one of the bags gently from the lady and realized it was heavy but she could manage.

"Nice to meet you, Molly. Karen McKay, but you can call me Kaz," she smiled and when Molly took the bag out of her hand, she stretched her fingers. "Ouch. Better walk fast," Karen joked. "It's not far, just up there."
Karen, with her free hand, pointed to 221 Baker Street.

"Okay, it's nice to meet you Kaz." Molly said, starting to walk with her. "So have you just moved in?" she asked.

"Yep. Haven't even met the neighbours, yet. I hope they're nice. The land lady is a saint, though," Karen said, smiling and walking with Molly towards her flat.

"I only know a few people around here, and I've been here quite a while, so." Molly shrugged. "But they are nice. I know two people who live in a flat here, 221B, and they are nice once you've got to know them."

"Oh, is that why you're here? To see them?" Karen asked, opening the front door of the building.

"Yeah, I was going to speak to one about something, but I've completely forgotten now." Molly rolled her eyes, walked through the door and held it open to let Kaz through. "I can be very forgetful sometimes."

"Well, you could still go talk to whoever it is if you want?" Karen walked through the open door and towards her flat. "After I repay your kindness with tea and biscuits, of course. And I'm not taking no for an answer," Kaz joked.

Molly followed. "No, it's okay, I'll stay with you for tea and biscuits. I'll talk with him later." Molly smiled.

"Great!" Karen smiled and unlocked her front door and opened it. "Welcome to my humble abode if boxes and random pieces of furniture."

Molly walked in with her. "It's good so far, once you get it all sorted out it'll be perfect, I'm sure. Shall I help you unpack the food?"
